Instructions

- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl: whisk together sugars, melted butter, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and milk.

- Add the cranberries, folding them in carefully without crushing.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
