  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
  2. Place the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot and add the onion and garlic on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the herbs and freshly ground black pepper on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and stir to mix with the gravy.
  7. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
