Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with olive oil.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown.
