- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk (whole milk recommended)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sweetener (optional, to taste: honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
Instructions
- Arrange banana slices on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine frozen banana slices, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and add sweetener if desired, blending until incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, secure the lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Attach the container to the Ninja Creami base, select the “lite ice cream” setting, and let it blend.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately or store leftovers in the freezer.
Notes
Ensure bananas are fully ripe for optimal sweetness. Do not overprocess to maintain a creamy texture.
