- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or granulated sugar)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
