Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups Puppy Chow (Rice Chex or other cereals)
- 1 cup White Chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped or sliced
- Optional Add-Ins: crushed graham crackers, sea salt
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients together for a smoother process.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Coat the cereal: Pour your puppy chow into a large mixing bowl and drizzle the melted chocolate over it. Gently fold to coat the cereal.
- Add strawberries: Fold in your fresh strawberries carefully to prevent breaking apart.
- Coat in powdered sugar: Sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture and toss gently until every piece is covered.
- Cool and store: Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet to cool and set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
If the chocolate becomes too thick, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to thin it out. Patience is key while mixing.
