Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, baking powder, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until it forms a semi-sticky dough.
  3. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rest for at least an hour.
