Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza dough
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Fresh jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro or green onions), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. If using homemade dough, roll it out to your desired thickness. If using store-bought, follow the package instructions.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and spices. Mix well.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a slight border for the crust.
  5. Scatter the sliced jalapeños evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Let the pizza rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions.
  8. Slice and serve warm!

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute bacon with sautéed mushrooms. Can also use gluten-free crust for dietary needs.
