- 1 Pizza dough
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Fresh jalapeños, sliced
- 1/2 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or green onions), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- If using homemade dough, roll it out to your desired thickness. If using store-bought, follow the package instructions.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and spices. Mix well.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a slight border for the crust.
- Scatter the sliced jalapeños evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Let the pizza rest for a couple of minutes, then garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions.
- Slice and serve warm!
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute bacon with sautéed mushrooms. Can also use gluten-free crust for dietary needs.
