- 1 cup Water or Sparkling Water

- Assorted vegetables (e.g., zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings.
- Add the Egg and Liquid: Stir in the egg and water until smooth.
- Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F.
- Dip and Fry: Coat the vegetables in batter and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and Serve: Remove from oil and let excess oil drain on paper towels. Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper. Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain oil temperature.
