Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings.
  3. Add the Egg and Liquid: Stir in the egg and water until smooth.
  4. Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F.
  5. Dip and Fry: Coat the vegetables in batter and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain and Serve: Remove from oil and let excess oil drain on paper towels. Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
