Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by slicing it into thick wedges and brushing with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the cabbage on a preheated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until charred yet tender.
- Make the white bean purée by blending white beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, and vegetable broth until smooth. Season to taste.
- Plate the dish by spreading the white bean purée on a serving platter and arranging the charred cabbage on top. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with herbs.
