- Fill the crusts: Spoon cream cheese mixture over the crusts, filling about three-quarters full.
- Chill and set: Refrigerate filled muffin tins for at least 2 hours to allow cheesecake to set.
- Serve: Once set, gently pop out of liners and serve chilled, garnished with whipped cream and additional lemon zest.
