Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add lemon juice and zest, allowing the mixture to bubble.
  6. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet, spooning garlic butter over the top.
