  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
