Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with olive oil.
- Season the salmon with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Add the capers around the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
