Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemongrass: crush it lightly and slice it into thin rounds. Mince garlic.
  2. Marinate the chicken by combining it with garlic, soy sauce, honey, and sliced lemongrass in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
