Ingredients
- Chicken (breast or thighs)
- Fresh Lemongrass

Instructions
- Prepare the lemongrass: crush it lightly and slice it into thin rounds. Mince garlic.
- Marinate the chicken by combining it with garlic, soy sauce, honey, and sliced lemongrass in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and cook the marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Pour in broth and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.
- Finish with fresh herbs before serving. Serve over rice or alongside vegetables.
