- 1 cup Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter and sugar. Press this mixture into a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar.
- Whip the topping in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add vanilla extract and lemon juice, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Serve by unlocking the springform pan, slicing, and optionally garnishing with fresh berries or a dusting of powdered sugar.
