Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crust
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter and sugar. Press this mixture into a springform pan.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar.
  4. Whip the topping in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Serve by unlocking the springform pan, slicing, and optionally garnishing with fresh berries or a dusting of powdered sugar.
