- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the cooked bacon and chopped green onions.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then mix until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly on top.
- If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or bread.
Notes
