- 1 package pepperoni slices
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and Parmesan)
- 1 cup low-carb tomato sauce
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers in a skillet until soft, then add ground sausage, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Blend cream cheese with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan until creamy.
