Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Season the tenderloin with olive oil and generous amounts of salt and pepper.
- Sear the pork in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Glaze the tenderloin with half of the marinade and transfer it to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (145°F).
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with pan juices and garnished with herbs.
