Description
A delightful treat that combines dark, milk, and white chocolate into beautiful marbled patterns, perfect for family gatherings and cozy nights in.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, hazelnuts), dried fruit (cranberries, strawberries), flaky sea salt
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Melt the chocolates: In separate bowls, melt dark, milk, and white chocolate in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over.
- Combine the chocolates: Drizzle the melted dark chocolate onto parchment, followed by milk and white chocolate, letting them overlap.
- Create the marbled design: Using a skewer, toothpick, or knife, gently swirl the chocolates together for a marbled effect.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle your choice of toppings over the melted chocolate before it sets.
- Set the bark: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until completely set.
- Cut into pieces: Once set, break the chocolate into irregular pieces.
Notes
Avoid overheating chocolate by melting it slowly. Allow plenty of time for the bark to set before breaking it into pieces.
