Description

A delightful pork tenderloin dish that embodies love and warmth, perfect for impressing family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Rosemary and Thyme)
  • 8 oz Mushrooms (Cremini or Button)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup White Wine or Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork tenderloin and sear on all sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes each.
  5. Toss in the minced garlic and mushrooms, stirring until the mushrooms soften, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the white wine or chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the pork.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  9. Let the tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Drizzle the sauce from the skillet over sliced pork and serve with extra herbs if desired.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute butter with olive oil. Ensure to let the meat rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
