A delightful and tender pork dish infused with garlic, rosemary, and a rich sauce, perfect for creating lasting memories at family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Pork Tenderloin: Trim excess fat and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Season and Sear: Season with salt and pepper, and sear in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Create the Sauce: Add minced garlic and rosemary, cooking until fragrant, then add balsamic vinegar and scrape up the fond.
  4. Deglaze and Simmer: Pour in chicken broth and stir in Dijon mustard, letting it simmer.
  5. Finish Cooking the Pork: Return the tenderloin to the skillet and cover, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Rest and Serve: Let the pork rest before slicing and serve with the sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer and allow the meat to rest before slicing to retain juices.
