Instructions
- Prep the Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
- Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine nut butter and honey or maple syrup until smooth. Gradually fold in matcha powder until well mixed.
- Add Chia Seeds and Strawberries: Sprinkle in chia seeds and add the chopped strawberries. Gently fold until evenly mixed.
- Form the Clusters: Scoop small amounts of the mixture and form them into bite-sized clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
