  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the topping: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, sprinkling brown sugar and cracked pepper as it cooks.
  2. Slice the baguette into half-inch thick pieces and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Toast the crostini in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes until golden, flipping halfway.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in a pan with olive oil until fragrant.
  5. Assemble the crostini using sautéed garlic, topped with bacon, fresh herbs, and Parmesan.
