- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 1 Egg (for wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning and chopping them, then sauté in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut out star shapes for the trees.
- Assemble the trees with layers of brie and sautéed mushrooms between puff pastry pieces.
- Brush with an egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, garnished with herbs.
