- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts, finely chopped

- Optional Add-ins: Crumbled Bacon, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives
Instructions
- Preparation of ingredients: Take your cream cheese out of the fridge and allow it to soften at room temperature.
- Grate the cheddar cheese, finely chop your herbs, and prepare your flavorings.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic, herbs, and any add-ins in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Coat each cheeseball in finely chopped nuts until fully covered.
- Chill the bites on a tray in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve arranged on a platter with crackers and veggie sticks.
