Instructions
- Prepare the lobsters by steaming live ones for 5-10 minutes or thawing frozen ones completely.
- Make the miso-butter mixture by melting butter and stirring in miso, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
- Coat the lobster tails with the miso-butter mixture.
- Grill the lobsters shell side down for 5-7 minutes, basting with leftover miso butter.
