  • 3 tablespoons miso paste (white or yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, unsalted butter, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread the miso-butter mixture generously over the top.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
