- Optional: 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Prep your green beans by trimming the ends and cutting them into manageable pieces.
- Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and transfer to an ice bath.
- Make the creamy mixture by sautéing mushrooms in butter and mixing with cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the blanched green beans with the creamy mushroom mixture until well-coated.
- Top with crispy fried onions in a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
