Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and blind bake the pie crust for 15-20 minutes until light golden.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest, tossing gently. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the cranberry mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly. Add optional toppings if desired.
  4. Top with another layer of crust or create a lattice top, brushing with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until filling bubbles and crust is golden brown.
