Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 2–3 fresh apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the graham crackers finely and mix with melted butter. Press into jars and chill for 20-30 minutes.
- Create the Cheesecake Filling: Whip together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then gradually add sugar or honey.
- Prepare the Apples: Cook chopped apples with butter and spices in a skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Layer Your Jars: Start with the graham cracker crust, then cheesecake filling, and top with spiced apples. Repeat layers and finish with apples.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate jars for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
