These No-Bake Christmas Mini Cheesecakes are creamy, rich, and topped with seasonal berries, making them perfect for holiday celebrations.

- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- Seasonal Berries or Chocolate Chips for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into mini cheesecake cups and chill for 15 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Fill the Cups: Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into crusts and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Top with seasonal berries or chocolate sauce before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of some cream cheese. You can also switch toppings and get creative!
