- 24 Oreo Cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a food processor, crush Oreos until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press evenly into a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and add sprinkles.
- Layer the Cake: Spread half of the filling over the crust, sprinkle with crushed Oreos, and add another layer of filling. Top with more crushed Oreos and sprinkles.
- Chill: Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
