Description

A rich and creamy No-Bake German Chocolate Pie with a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with coconut and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a pie dish to form the crust and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. In another bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix and milk according to package instructions, whisk until thick and smooth, and add vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  4. Mix shredded coconut, toasted pecans, and brown sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle over the chocolate layer.
  5. Top with whipped cream if desired and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
