- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish, creating an even layer.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Pour in Nutella and vanilla, blending until you achieve a luscious, creamy texture.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- For best results, refrigerate the bars for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to firm up.
- Cut into squares and serve. A sprinkle of sea salt on top can elevate the flavor even further!
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
