Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish, creating an even layer.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Pour in Nutella and vanilla, blending until you achieve a luscious, creamy texture.
  3. Pour the filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  4. For best results, refrigerate the bars for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to firm up.
  5. Cut into squares and serve. A sprinkle of sea salt on top can elevate the flavor even further!

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
