Description

Delicate and indulgent Nutella crepes that are perfect for breakfast or dessert, featuring a rich chocolate hazelnut spread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the milk while mixing until smooth.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove the crepe and spread a generous layer of Nutella on one half. Fold in half, then again into quarters.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter until finished, serving warm.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute milk with almond or oat milk, and butter with coconut oil. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for better crepes.
