Description
Delicate and indulgent Nutella crepes that are perfect for breakfast or dessert, featuring a rich chocolate hazelnut spread.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the milk while mixing until smooth.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly into a thin layer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove the crepe and spread a generous layer of Nutella on one half. Fold in half, then again into quarters.
- Repeat with the remaining batter until finished, serving warm.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute milk with almond or oat milk, and butter with coconut oil. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for better crepes.
