Description

A rich and creamy Nutella mousse that combines chocolate and hazelnut flavors for a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whisk until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisking until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites until foamy, then gradually sprinkle in an additional 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold 1 cup of Nutella into the whipped cream using a figure-eight motion.
  6. Carefully incorporate the whipped egg whites, folding to avoid deflating.
  7. Transfer the mousse into serving cups or a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or drizzle with chocolate before serving.
