Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whisk until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
- Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whisking until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites until foamy, then gradually sprinkle in an additional 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold 1 cup of Nutella into the whipped cream using a figure-eight motion.
- Carefully incorporate the whipped egg whites, folding to avoid deflating.
- Transfer the mousse into serving cups or a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or drizzle with chocolate before serving.
