Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and peanut butter.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and stir until well mixed.
  3. Toss in chocolate chips and any additional add-ins.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
