Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and peanut butter.
- Add honey or maple syrup and stir until well mixed.
- Toss in chocolate chips and any additional add-ins.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
