Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in two cups of heavy cream and whip on medium-high speed until soft peaks form (3-5 minutes).
- Add one cup of sweetened condensed milk and two teaspoons of vanilla extract to the whipped cream and gently fold together.
- Crush 15 Oreo cookies and fold them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, smoothing the top, and cover tightly to prevent ice crystals.
- Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping to serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Consider using coconut or almond-based ice creams for a dairy-free option.
