- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Granola, for topping
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi), for toppings
- Nuts (chia or flax seeds), for toppings
Instructions
- Slice the fresh papaya, remove the seeds, and scoop the flesh into a blender. Peel and slice the banana.
- Add the papaya, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, and lime juice to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut milk if needed.
- Taste the mixture and add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with granola, fresh fruits, and nuts.
