Description

A refreshing and nutritious Papaya Smoothie Bowl, perfect for summer mornings, filled with creamy papaya, bananas, and topped with granola and fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe papaya
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Granola, for topping
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi), for toppings
  • Nuts (chia or flax seeds), for toppings

Instructions

  1. Slice the fresh papaya, remove the seeds, and scoop the flesh into a blender. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add the papaya, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, and lime juice to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut milk if needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with granola, fresh fruits, and nuts.
