- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Brush each knot with the garlic oil.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with more garlic oil after baking.
- Serve warm with marinara for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs before baking and check knots five minutes before the baking time is up to avoid over-baking.
