- 2–3 fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and unfold on a lightly floured surface.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the peaches and mix with sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pastry and cut it into 4×4 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of peach mixture in the center of each square and fold edges to shape. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Cool slightly before serving.
