Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and unfold on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Slice the peaches and mix with sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pastry and cut it into 4×4 inch squares.
