Description

Deliciously indulgent bites combining Oreo crust with creamy peanut butter and cream cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined mini muffin tin and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, mixing well.
  5. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is creamy.
  6. Spoon the filling over the chilled Oreo crust in each muffin cup and smooth out the tops.
  7. Chill for at least an hour to set, then remove from the tin and sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute gluten-free cookies or sunbutter for a nut-free version.
