Deliciously indulgent bites combining Oreo crust with creamy peanut butter and cream cheese filling.

- 20 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined mini muffin tin and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, mixing well.
- Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is creamy.
- Spoon the filling over the chilled Oreo crust in each muffin cup and smooth out the tops.
- Chill for at least an hour to set, then remove from the tin and sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute gluten-free cookies or sunbutter for a nut-free version.
