- Brie Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice your baguette into half-inch rounds, laying them on a baking tray.
- Brush each slice with olive oil and place them in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the slices, let them cool slightly, then top each with a slice of Brie.
- Layer on a slice of pear, followed by a dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired, and drizzle honey or fig jam over the top.
- Return the tray to the oven for 2-3 minutes until warmed through, then serve warm.
