- 2 ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou), thinly sliced

- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the flatbread by laying it out on a baking sheet.
- Slice the pears thinly after coring them.
- Assemble the flatbread by layering the sliced pears, followed by the cranberries, and then the Brie.
- Add fresh herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is gooey and edges are crisp.
- Finish by cooling slightly before slicing.
Notes
Consider substituting flatbread with gluten-free options or Brie with plant-based cheese. For added crunch, sprinkle walnuts on top before baking.
