Description

A delightful flatbread topped with sweet pears, creamy Brie, and tangy cranberries, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Flatbread
  • 2 ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz good-quality Brie cheese, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries)
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the flatbread by laying it out on a baking sheet.
  3. Slice the pears thinly after coring them.
  4. Assemble the flatbread by layering the sliced pears, followed by the cranberries, and then the Brie.
  5. Add fresh herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is gooey and edges are crisp.
  7. Finish by cooling slightly before slicing.

Notes

Consider substituting flatbread with gluten-free options or Brie with plant-based cheese. For added crunch, sprinkle walnuts on top before baking.
