Delicious chocolate bombs filled with cocoa and peppermint that transform your warm milk into a festive delight.
Ingredients

- 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1 cup hot cocoa mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint or candy canes
- 4 oz white chocolate (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by chopping it into small pieces and melting it in the microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
- Mold the shells using silicone molds by coating the insides with melted chocolate.
- Chill the molds in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate hardens completely.
- Fill each half with hot cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, and crushed peppermint.
- Seal the bombs by warming a plate and attaching the open edge of a chocolate half to it, then pressing it to a filled half.
- Decorate by drizzling melted white chocolate over the bombs and sprinkling with crushed candy canes.
- Store the finished bombs in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for the best results. Make sure to temper the chocolate for a shiny finish.
