Ingredients

- 2 cups high-quality milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup peppermint bark, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: Begin by melting your chocolate in a double boiler, stirring frequently.
- Mold the chocolate: Coat the inside of your silicone mold with the melted chocolate and let it set for 10 minutes.
- Fill the shells: Add a scoop of cocoa powder, peppermint extract, mini marshmallows, and chopped peppermint bark into each chocolate half.
- Seal the bombs: Warm the edges of the second half of the chocolate shell and press the two halves together.
- Decorate and enjoy: Drizzle additional melted chocolate or sprinkle crushed candy canes on top for decoration before setting fully.
Notes
Ensure to melt the chocolate at a low temperature and work in a dry atmosphere for best results.
