Ingredients

  • 2 cups high-quality milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peppermint bark, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Begin by melting your chocolate in a double boiler, stirring frequently.
  2. Mold the chocolate: Coat the inside of your silicone mold with the melted chocolate and let it set for 10 minutes.
  3. Fill the shells: Add a scoop of cocoa powder, peppermint extract, mini marshmallows, and chopped peppermint bark into each chocolate half.
  4. Seal the bombs: Warm the edges of the second half of the chocolate shell and press the two halves together.
  5. Decorate and enjoy: Drizzle additional melted chocolate or sprinkle crushed candy canes on top for decoration before setting fully.
