Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined; cook until warm.
  4. Remove from heat and add peppermint extract and half of the crushed candies.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle remaining candies on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set; cut into squares and serve.
