Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk thoroughly to ensure even mix, and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, combining gently.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
