Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Red or green food coloring (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in the microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips separately with a few drops of food coloring (if using).
  4. Add peppermint extract to the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture and stir.
  5. Pour the semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Dollop the white chocolate mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife or toothpick.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Avoid overheating chocolate and allow fudge to cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
